My first Meal Plan Monday from the new house!
It has been great getting back in the groove of cooking dinner and planning meals for the week.
This week we are starting Meatless Mondays. Not only are vegetarian meals generally much cheaper (and better for you) than eating meat, but raising livestock is one of the largest producers of greenhouse gases. So, cutting back on your meat intake one day a week is good for your wallet and the environment!
Meatless Monday - Vegetarian Quesadillas
Tuesday - Turkey Burgers
Wednesday - Hamburger Curry
Thursday - Dinner at a friend's house
Friday - Homemade Pizza
Saturday/Sunday - leftovers, TBD

ReplyDeleteYep, it's a recipe my mom made growing up. It's really good, I think, and one of Jer's favorite things I make. I'll have to post the recipe on our food blog! :)
